Your collection details.

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

The Rehomed Wardrobe is responsible for the collection information you share with us. Contact Zoe at therehomedwardrobe@outlook.com or 07368 245480 about your booking or your information.

What we collect and why

We ask for your name, contact details, postcode, collection address, item types and quantities so we can arrange a free collection, reserve vehicle space, plan a route and contact you about changes. Optional access notes and unusual-item descriptions help us prepare. Please avoid sensitive personal information in these notes.

We use this information for our legitimate interests in organising collections and responding to enquiries. We only ask for the information needed for those purposes. Without the required collection details we cannot book a collection. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your information.

Who can see it

Ben and Zoe use a protected collection planner. The website runs on ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which process booking data to provide the service. If we open a collection run in Google Maps, we share collection addresses and postcodes with Google for directions; the link does not include names, phone numbers, emails or access notes.

How long we keep it

We normally keep collection contact details for 90 days after the scheduled collection date, including cancelled collections, to deal with questions and corrections. Ben or Zoe reviews the planner’s privacy queue monthly and removes names, full addresses, contact details and free-text notes that are no longer needed. We retain non-contact collection history, such as the date, postcode district, item quantities and status.

If a complaint, dispute or other unresolved issue requires the details, we keep the relevant record on hold until the issue is resolved and review the need monthly. Provider backup copies follow the provider’s backup cycle and may remain after removal from the active planner. Exported route lists and downloaded copies should be removed once their collection purpose is complete.

Live chat enquiries

Tawk.to provides Chat with Zoe. It loads when you choose to open chat. Its form asks for your name and town or postcode; when Zoe is offline, it also asks for your email so she can reply after you leave. Your messages and collection context are visible to our authorised chat agents. Tawk.to uses browser storage and connection information to run and resume conversations.

We review resolved chat enquiries monthly and normally remove them after 90 days unless an unresolved issue requires them. Tawk.to controls its own infrastructure and backup retention. Its privacy policy explains where and how it processes information, including international processing. You can contact us by phone or email if you prefer not to use chat.

Browser storage and other services

Essential sign-in cookies protect the private preview and administrator planner. We use Google Fonts to display the typefaces; your browser contacts Google to load them. Opening chat or a Maps route also connects to those providers. We do not use a marketing mailing list or advertising tracker on this website.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us for access to your personal information, correct it, ask for its deletion or restriction, or object to our use of it. Some rights depend on the circumstances and any records we must keep. Include your booking reference where possible; we may need to check your identity before sharing or changing records. We normally respond within one month.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please contact us first if you would like us to put something right.
